Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use the site.
Similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixels may also be used for comparable purposes. In this policy, we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".
Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remaining on your device for a set period or until you delete them).
Cookies We Use
A detailed cookie inventory with names, providers, purposes, and retention periods is available through our cookie consent manager or upon request at hello@stackedge.ai.
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the platform to function, including authentication (Clerk), session management, and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
- Functional cookies: remember your preferences such as language settings, dashboard layout, and cookie consent choices.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use our website and application, including pages visited, features used, and error rates. We use privacy-conscious analytics where possible.
- Payment cookies: set by Stripe during checkout to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
Consent Management
In compliance with the GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and LSSI-CE, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent as they are essential for providing the service you request.
When you first visit AuditFlow, a cookie consent banner allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences by category.
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time by accessing the cookie settings link in the website footer or through your browser settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Third-Party Cookies
We do not control third-party cookies and recommend reviewing the respective privacy policies of these providers. We configure integrations to minimize non-essential tracking where technically feasible.
- Clerk: Authentication and session cookies for secure login.
- Stripe: Payment processing and fraud prevention cookies during checkout.
- Vercel: Infrastructure and performance cookies for application delivery.
- Google. Analytics and PageSpeed-related cookies when performance data is retrieved.
Your Rights
You have the right to control cookies on your device. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from using AuditFlow.
Under the GDPR, you may also exercise broader data protection rights related to information collected through cookies, including the right to access, rectify, or delete personal data derived from cookie usage.
For questions about our use of cookies or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@stackedge.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
